What this site collects

Browsing the public pages does not require an account. The contact form asks for a name, email, optional phone, a property, dates, guests, and a message. The booking engine stores a reservation in this browser's localStorage (dates, guest name, email, and a reservation code).

The contact form runs in your browser. It does not post to an AMS server. Submit opens a draft to AALLC@ArnoldCompanies.Net in your own mail app. AMS does not receive the message unless you send it.

How a message would be used

If you send a note or call (239) 643-6333, it would be used to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell contact-form contents.

Bookings

Browser holds are not a payment. No card data is collected on this site. A signed rental agreement, if you have one, controls that relationship.
